The business has established itself firmly in East Africa through a regional growth strategy. CCIL has operations through a physical presence in Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda and partner distributors in Kenya. Uganda, Burundi, Zambia, Malawi, DRC etc

With over 20 years Of experience, Cotex Industries Limited is one of the largest converters of metal and plastic raw materials in Tanzania- Our diverse product portfolio serves industries ranging from construction and agriculture to government and manufacturing.

Our move to Morogoro marks a major step in innovation and sustainability. The facility will include a dedicated recycling plant, reducing waste and minimizing environmental impact.
With this expansion, production capacity will increase by an additional 1,500 MT of metal and 500 MT of plastic products per month, strengthening our position as in industry leads.

Cemex Ventures Limited (CVL) is part of the Mac Group’s diversification strategy, focusing on the production of premium sunflower seed oil. Established in 2024 and located in the Western Kizota Indzstrial Area, Dodoma, CVL combines modem technology, experienced leadership, and a skilled workforce of 60 employees to deliver high-quality edible oils for Tanzania and global markets.

Nyanza Mines Tanganyika Limited
Nyanza Mines Tanganyika Ltd is a long-established salt producer located in Uvinza, Kigoma Region, approximately 120 km from Kigoma Town along Lake Tanganyika. The facility is uniquely positioned over rich underground brine deposits, historically traded with neighbouring Congo, Burundi, and Rwanda.
The company specialises in processing high-quality salt for both domestic and export markets. Its strategic inland location allows it to serve regional markets efficiently while supporting Tanzania’s agro-processing and food industries.
Today, Nyanza Mines continues to focus on sustainable extraction practices and quality assurance to maintain its competitive advantage.
Metmin Resources (T) Co Limited
Metmin Resources (T) Company Limited was established with the vision to become a leading player in the mining, refining, and trading of mineral ores and metals in Tanzania and beyond. Initially focused on the buying and export of Tin Mineral Ore, the company aims to expand its operations based on market conditions and strategic opportunities. Meru Boards Limited
Meru Boards Limited, incorporated in 2024 in the United Republic of Tanzania, is poised to become a leading manufacturer, distributor, and seller of high-quality gypsum boards across East Africa. Strategically located between Arusha and Moshi cities and close proximity to Kilimanjaro International Airport—the plant is ideally positioned to serve regional construction markets efficiently. With a projected annual production capacity of 8 to 9 million square meters of gypsum boards, the factory is being developed with cutting-edge technology to manufacture a diverse product range boards.
The project has already entered the planning and implementation phase and is scheduled to commence commercial operations by mid-2026. Spanning a total land area of approximately 47,140 sqm (11.65 acres), the facility will house a modern built-up infrastructure dedicated to ensuring consistent quality and operational excellence. Raw materials will be sourced from nearby natural gypsum quarries, ensuring quality control from source to board. With this robust foundation, Meru Boards Limited is set to meet the
growing demand for durable, cost-effective, and certified gypsum solutions.
